BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE

I have been a licensed mental health therapist and a licensed drug and alcohol counselor since 2008. I have worked in various clinical settings including inpatient acute psychiatric care, outpatient behavioral health, employee assistance programs and the correctional system.

I have experience managing outpatient therapy and assessment programs and supervising students and therapists in training.

My approach to therapy is empathic, supportive, and collaborative. I believe in empowering my clients to begin making positive changes, engage in healthy relationships and move toward healing and wellness.
