  • Children & Adolescents: As a child and adolescent therapist, I specialize in issues related to family problems, abuse and trauma, behavioral acting out, anxiety and depression

  • Parents: Parents are an integral part of treatment with children and teens. Therefore, assisting parents with parenting skills and strategies to improve the parent/child attachment relationship are usually a part of treatment

  • Adults: I am skilled in assisting with anxiety and depression issues which are usually related to stress, self-esteem, abuse and/or relational problems, and lack of empowerment

  • Couples Counseling: I am able to remain unbiased while helping couples better understand one another, and improve communication and intimacy
