• Sherri Taylor is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of providing medical care.  Sherri's desire to learn and grow prompted her to return to graduate school.

• Sherri has cared for patients at every stage of life from beginning to end.

• Sherri's practice philosophy as a nurse practitioner is much the same as it was as a nurse.  She wants to continue to be compassionate in her care for others.

• On the very first visit with Sherri, she will gather your medical & mental health history so together you will target the most problematic issues or concerns.

• To accomplish treatment goals, Sherri needs to understand where you have been, where you are coming from currently, and where you want to be in the future.  You will work together as a team to explore the best plan of care.

• Your plan of care may involve medication to help you to start to feel better so you can work on the issues at hand.  Therapy can also often help facilitate change.  Both can be powerful tools to move toward the life desired.

• Sherri is committed to empowering, educating, and providing individualized care to promote overall well-being.

• Sherri works with a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, mood, and attention deficit disorder.

• Sherri's goal is to provide a  private & safe place that will make you feel comforted, even when life may feel uncertain.
